It involves bringing the right people together, engaging across different perspectives, and helping organizations navigate the realities that influence policy development, decision-making, and implementation. The focus is on making systems, institutions and partnerships deliver results in practice.

We strengthen governance processes, facilitate dialogue, conduct research and analysis, support learning and evaluation, and translate ideas and commitments into action. Across all areas of work, the aim is to ensure that what is agreed can be delivered. The original vision of driving social and human impact remains at the heart of HI5 Governance. We work across regions and time zones, providing tailored support to clients and drawing on additional expertise when needed.

HI5 Governance is led by Dr Michaela Told. Drawing on experience across international organizations, academia, civil society and government, she is passionate about helping organizations navigate complexity by bringing governance, people and implementation together to achieve lasting impact.
